You:
The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients, and make them feel like the only person in the room. You have a good memory and remember names well.
You have great phone skills and love telling people about acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
You are a multitasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism and like making and filling spreadsheets.
You have a natural knack for sales and understand that sales is an integral part of any job, whether you are selling a product, service, or skill.
You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, getting into the treatment room, setting up treatment rooms, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else they may need. You will also help manage the office and take care of the business side of things, including social media posts and some insurance billing.
We have a weekday, daytime schedule with the major holidays off and only the rare weekend commitment when we run events.

Job Type: Part-time to start approximately 20-24 hrs/week, with a potential to grow into a full-time position
Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 /hour
Consideration for salary review may be possible after 90 days, pending job performance.
