Harmony Within Massage Therapy is looking for a welcoming and dedicated individual to help run our front desk.
The individual would be responsible for the following:
Opening and preparing the office. Opening the office involves arriving 30 minutes before the first session of the day (unless otherwise specified), ensuring that the office is presentable, and each treatment room is ready to accommodate sessions. ● Opening procedures ● Book appointments ● Reschedule appointments ● Call and confirm/explain our procedures ● Check in and Check Out Clients ● Update appointment statuses in our booking system, Vagaro (Checked in, in session, cancelled, no show etc) ● Work alongside other team members on projects and coverage ● Handle credit cards, cash, Groupons, gift certificates, and other forms of payment ● Provide quality customer service, our facility is a place for people to unwind and destress, so being friendly, understanding and attentive is a must! ● Warmly greet clients ● Write and Create Documents ● Occasionally write emails, letters, event forms, and other documents. ● Keep and manage inventory ● Make change and handle register cash ● Maintain office cleanliness comply and with our Covid-19 safety guidelines. ● Restock and refill supplies when necessary ● Follow nightly closing procedures and reports ● Data Entry.
We are primarily looking for someone available to work the following days/times weekly:
Wednesday 3pm-9pm
Thursday 9am-3pm
Friday 9 am-3pm
Saturdays 3pm-9pm
(Please interview and discuss with us first before deciding based on hours. Saturday is a must)
