Mechanical Construction Co. with Several Locations is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator
The ideal candidate should have experience and familiarity with the following basic construction admin. tasks:
Request for proposal (RFP)/RFI
Maintaining and updating estimate log
Creating a project worksheet (excel) with breakouts of equipment and vendors/subcontractors pricing
Familiarity with leveling sheets, alternates, addendums, scope of work
Ability to read, understand and navigate construction drawings
Creating, editing and finalizing proposals
Be able to multi-task an array of diverse duties.
Ability to manage tasks independently and within short time constraints
Construction accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel
5+ Years experience
Salary commensurate with experience
