Busy Immigration Consulting firm is looking for a high energy Bilingual receptionist.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Filing
- Assisting the Manager and paralegals
- Preparation of and sending out Mailings and FedEx packages
- Record keeping
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as requested
Requirements:
- Business Casual dress code
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual- English/Portuguese and Spanish is a must!
- Be able to work in the United States legally.
