Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auction Clerk to join our team. The Auction Clerk will be responsible for managing the checkout process for buyers, creating accurate invoices, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to winning bidders promptly and accurately.
Process payments and manage checkout procedures efficiently.
Verify bidder information and purchase details before finalizing invoices.
Maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
Address customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies courteously.
Collaborate with auctioneers and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in invoicing, cashiering, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using payment processing systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
