Are you seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate marketing environment? We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our West Orange, NJ, team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone entering the workforce who wants to build valuable office experience.
Position Details:
Schedule: 25-30 hours per week
Location: In-office role in West Orange, NJ (this is NOT a remote position)
Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, and handling correspondence
Assist with lead generation and maintaining marketing databases
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office 365) for daily tasks
Maintain organization and attention to detail in all work assignments
Be a self-starter who can execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Essential experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Office 365
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
