Lighting installation company looking for an administrative assistant to work directly with company president on a daily basis.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Main tasks will include implementing an invoice system; job tracking to generate invoices on a rolling basis as jobs are completed. Follow-up on invoice payments via phone/email as needed and to ensure payment.

Complete job processing paperwork and see projects to completion.

Once invoicing system is mastered, manage and input bookkeeping data

Responsible for accounts payable/accounts receivable

Provide general office support.

Assist the company president with tasks as delegated.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

QuickBooks or Wave Accounting Software experience preferred

3+ years general office and/or bookkeeping experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Organizational skills

Compensation: $18-22/hr Negotiable based on experience

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9-5

(flexibility with hours/time considered if necessary)
