We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Services Coordinator to support the coordination of services for program participants and their families. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone with experience in support coordination, case management, or human services who is passionate about making a difference. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support services for clients and families
Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and community providers
Conduct intake and assist with enrollment processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide outstanding customer service in English and Spanish
Translate documents and assist with communication for Spanish-speaking families
Collaborate with therapists and program staff for continuity of care
Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (preferred)
Experience in support coordination, case management, or customer service
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Must have computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word
Comfortable with data entry and maintaining digital records
Passion for working with children, families, and individuals with special needs
