I own a small CNC machine shop in Pequannock and I'm looking to hire someone full time. Right now I'm a one man operation so I'm looking for someone who is willing and able to fill many roles as I grow. I'm hoping to find someone who is interested in machining and manufacturing with CNC machines. Machine shop experience is a plus but I'm willing to train the right person. 3D modeling and CAM programming knowledge and/or experience would also be a big plus.
I work a full time job so much of this position will be working alone until I grow and expand. The right candidate should be a motivated, self-starter who can remain productive without constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Parts finishing - grinding/sanding/polishing metal parts
Loading, starting and unloading CNC machines
Packaging of finished parts
Shop cleanup/organization
