We’re deploying groundbreaking cashless payment technology across New York City—and we’re looking for Logistics Office Coordinators who can take charge of our logistic office located in Carlstadt, New Jersey. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in logistics coordination, can manage inventory flow across multiple sites, and is comfortable interfacing with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of juggling physical and administrative logistics tasks while maintaining a professional presence.

What You’ll Do
Inventory Management: Receive, track, and organize inventory packouts for field installers; ensure accurate inventory flow between logistics office, company HQ, NYC field office, and local branch office.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, shipping, and sales departments to ensure timely movement of goods and materials.
Transport Support: Drive inventory between logistics office and midtown NYC field office as needed (personal vehicle required, possible company vehicle provided but not confirmed).
Administrative Support: Supervise and assist logistics office staff with daily administrative duties related to logistics and transportation.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain shipment logs, inventory records, and documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork. Prepare reports for senior management.
Training Coordination: Set up and support weekly onboarding training sessions with field service technicians.
Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for local branch office customer management teams; present a polished, professional presence.
Technology Support: Assist in hardware firmware updates by connecting devices to internet-enabled systems and ensuring successful firmware uploads.
Vendor Coordination: Work with outside vendors to support logistics needs and special projects.
Routing & Scheduling: Oversee and track the routing and delivery of shipments; manage daily delivery schedules.
Office Operations: Procure office supplies, support basic HR needs for logistics personnel, and assist in general office organization and upkeep.

Qualifications
Previous experience in office management, field operations, project coordination, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with office tools (Outlook, Google Workspace, Excel, task tracking tools)
Experience in inventory or asset tracking a plus
Familiarity with logistics software or inventory management tools.
Exposure to technology/hardware devices or IT support is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
English-speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift/move inventory and be on feet for parts of the day.
Highly organized with strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and customer-facing experience preferred.
Self-starter who can anticipate needs, offer solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
Must have personal vehicle and able to drive inventory from logistics office to NYC mid-town field office.
Must able to work (8am-6pm) Monday - Friday or shift (8am-6pm) Sat/Sun
