Please read carefully, my main designer who has been with me for almost 20 years who has become family through all the years together, but her immediate family has moved out of state and she will currently follow them, Person who will fill her shoes will need to be an image of her, she is never late and only misses 2 days a year usually during flu season, Its a small business so its very dependent on this. if this is not you its fine but don't apply ! We are a traditional florist so designer will need to be able demonstrate they can make hearts
, crosses, casket covers, weddings, corsages , wristlets, all types of floral arrangements, etc , experience a must, designer will come in to make samples and the will be tested week before and week of Valentines Day Nothing is set in stone so I may hire 1 full time or two part time, Designer will be paid by the hour, but also i will give details where weddings and some events profit will go direct to designer and other opportunities to make money, Designer also keeps half of tips to be shared with driver.
