ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you will:
Adhere to strict punctuality and maintain a conservative dress code.
Manage customer retention plans and curriculum development.
Draft and send communications to customers and parents.
Assess student progress monthly and define monthly educational focuses.
Incorporate confidence-building and parent-student community activities into the curriculum.
Manage and collect student payments, and provide reports to parents and teachers.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings and send class reminders.
Handle student enrollments and payments.
Complete registration and consultation forms.
Compile weekly reports.
Develop improvement strategies and conduct research.
Manage regular communications, including reminder and marketing emails.
Receive feedback and suggest improvements.
Coordinate and remind staff of special events and activities.
Oversee marketing and handle coordination with the advertising team.
Provide one month's notice prior to resigning from the position.
Perform other necessary activities as assigned.
Explore new locations for program expansion.
Secure grants to support organizational funding.
Lead and organize fundraising initiatives.
Address and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Visit locations to engage with clients and students, ensuring service quality.
Provide coverage in the absence of instructors.
Oversee the hiring process for new employees.
Hiking and Fundraising:
Organize and participate in hikes at different locations to raise funds.
Pamphlet Distribution and Flier Sticking:
Distribute pamphlets and fliers door-to-door.
Stick fliers in designated locations.
Drop off fliers in high-traffic areas.
Event Planning and Organization:
Plan and organize events, ensuring they run smoothly.
Keep the budget low and look for cost-saving opportunities.
Seek out free venues to host classes and events.
Community Engagement:
Connect with people, customers, and parents.
Build and maintain relationships, enjoying the process of making friends.
Instructor Coverage:
Cover for the instructor when necessary (currently, there is no instructor available).
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to manage a budget effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enjoy working with people and making new connections.
Flexibility to step in and lead activities if needed.
Compensation: 20/hr. 2 hrs per week for now.

Salary: $20 per hour
Duration: 2 hour job
Mode: Onsite only, Part-time
