The Marketing Coordinator will create and execute of a variety of marketing deliverables and continue to market the services offered by IDS as it is conveyed to clients and external audiences through marketing materials, social media, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and attentive to detail with a passion for marketing and a strong creative drive.
Responsibilities:
Development of marketing collateral, including creating a social media presence.
Manage the production and distribution of printed material and branded items and review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and compliance.
Manage the corporate websites and corporate listings on external websites.
Qualifications:
High level of responsibility and maturity.
Ability to work independently, as well as with executive management.
Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients.
Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines.
Ability to proofread and edit.
