Must have attention to detail and outstanding work ethic a must! Ideal candidate must present well, have excellent communication/phone skills and excellent time management. Must be able to move and think quickly, be reliable, organized and have a positive, motivating, energetic personality. Our goal is to streamline and process more clients in the personal injury, criminal and/or other legal matters. Performed in a supportive, smiling, enthusiastic way to achieve more success for everyone.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
You will be responsible for helping the Lawyers with the front desk walk ins, answering phone calls, scheduling clients and using a computer or tablet.
Plus once you get settled in solid, you may be asked to participate with the sales end of the business as we buy and sell Real Estate, Lease rentals and short term flips… and a whole lot more. So… enjoy making money on both sides of the transactions.
