Hiring an Immigration Paralegal to work in our Litigation and Court Department. We are a young and actively growing small firm that promises to offer the selected candidate a ton of valuable Immigration Law experience, as well as a fast-paced, vibrant working environment. We want someone ambitious, responsible, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing valuable services to our immigrant community.

Spanish-English bilingual is a must. Prior Immigration Law experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

The paralegal will aid senior paralegals and attorneys in preparing cases for Immigration Court. The position will involve direct interaction with immigration clients, helping prepare applications before the Court (such as asylum and cancellations of removal), updating file records, and conducting client preparations. The candidate will also be expected to use various computer programs and immigration software on a daily basis. Must be able to work with a team of other paralegals and attorneys to deliver best service for clients.

Qualifications:

Candidate MUST be bilingual in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

The candidate should be able to write well.

Candidate must be technologically proficient, computer savvy, and very comfortable working with Word, Excel, and Google Calendar. Training as to how to keep up-to-date client records in the firm's database will be provided.
