Key Responsibilities:
File Organization & Management:
Sort, organize, and file legal documents, both physical and electronic, in accordance with firm protocols.
Maintain an efficient and updated filing system to support the legal team’s needs.
Document Processing:
Receive, process, and distribute documents and correspondence.
Ensure timely archiving and retrieval of documents for legal professionals.
Record Keeping & Quality Control:
Regularly review file systems for accuracy and consistency.
Identify, correct, and document discrepancies in filing processes.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Adhere to firm policies, legal standards, and confidentiality requirements regarding all documents handled.
Ensure all filing procedures meet regulatory and firm compliance standards.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scanning, photocopying, and organizing files for audits or case preparations.
Assist in digital transformation projects related to document management and electronic filing systems.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in legal or administrative filing is preferred.
Familiarity with law firm operations or legal document management is a plus.
Skills:
