ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – DEFENSE LITIGATION (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME)
d’Arcambal Ousley & Cuyler Burk, LLP, a well-established women-owned litigation firm, has an opening in our Parsippany, NJ office. We offer a hybrid/remote work schedule and are seeking an associate with 4+ years litigation experience to join our personal injury defense litigation team.
The position offers a high degree of responsibility and direct contact with clients’ in-house Legal teams, while also fostering a collaborative work environment where training and mentoring is key. Tort defense litigation experience is preferred. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills and be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
