The Opportunity:
Our company is a leading factory-direct fashion accessories company, with more than 30 years of expertise. We cater to a wide customer base comprised of clientele of all sizes and retail strategies, spanning the Americas.
We are looking to add a skilled and highly motivated member to our warehouse operations team.
Qualifications:
· Able to lift packed merchandise weighing as much as 50-100 pounds
· Display self-motivation and a positive attitude while working independently and in a team
· Demonstrate the ability to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
· Able to operate handheld devices and barcode scanners with minimal direction after receiving training
· Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow manager’s direction and other policies

Responsibilities:
· (In-bound) Unload merchandise from shipping containers, organize merchandise by product category, and locate and store merchandise in its proper home within the warehouse
· (Out-bound) Pack, load, and ship merchandise based on clients’ needs (e.g., box size requirements, merchandise organized by store locations, etc.)
· (The basics) Report to work on time, maintain a positive and respectful attitude, display team-first qualities, and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
· Work safely, quickly, and efficiently while moving inventory throughout the warehouse
· Maintain a clean and tidy work area
· Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
