Bubble NYC is a high end furniture rental company . We’re seeking a skilled and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our logistics and storage facilities, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient processing, and the timely preparation of high-end furniture for our discerning clients.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, organizational expertise, and a passion for operational excellence to support Bubble NYC’s commitment to quality, style, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Lead the daily operations of the warehouse, overseeing inventory management, incoming and outgoing shipments, and the preparation of furniture for delivery to clients.

Team Leadership: Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative, productive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment while maintaining the condition and quality of all inventory assets.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with delivery teams and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of furniture to client locations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all pieces are inspected, cleaned, and maintained to uphold the brand’s commitment to quality and presentation standards.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement warehouse processes and workflows that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and maximize space utilization.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain leadership—experience in furniture, luxury goods, or rental industries is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience hiring, training, and supervising staff.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

Familiarity with logistics coordination and transportation processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Preferred Skills:

Background in luxury retail, interior design, or high-end furniture rental.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory tracking tools.
