SUMMARY
This position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Associate will work within a structured system using handheld RF equipment and voice-directed picking tools to support the overall inventory flow and ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and unload inbound pallets or floor-loaded containers.
Use RF systems to accurately label and receive product.
Transfer inventory to designated stock areas safely and precisely.
Replenish picking slots from reserve inventory while maintaining productivity standards.
Read picking labels and fulfill outbound orders correctly.
Move products to staging lanes or conveyor stations.
Follow RF or voice-picking directions to select correct items.
Assist with physical inventory counts.
Keep the workspace clean and adhere to safety standards.
Report damaged goods immediately.
Achieve quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Be punctual for shifts, meetings, and job-related activities.
Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to become certified on forklifts within six months; prior certification preferred.
Strong communication abilities.
Flexibility to work extended hours based on workload.
Willingness to work during holidays if required.
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, and cherry pickers.
