Summer Gardener needed- NOT landscaper

Looking for a summer gardener to tend to my yard and plants for the full season, probably starting early May. Job would be ad hoc or up to 20 hours a week to start, and include, mulching early in the season, weeding, pruning. I anticipate the work would taper to maybe 5-10 hours a week after the initial early season labor with the mulch etc. offering $20 an hour. Must have some basic knowledge of shrubs and plants with respect to pruning.
