Seeking someone motivated, focused and energetic to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
-Welcome and identify customer needs for storage, commercial and warehouse space
-Discuss available inventory, rental regulations and rates to customers over the phone and via email
-Follow up with all customers promptly
-Monitor inventory
-Enter and process customer leases
-Daily walk throughs including lock checks and cleaning units as needed
-Perform daily functions of running the facility
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales and customer service
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Self-motivated and organized
-Strong communication skills
