What you will be doing:
We are based in New Jersey and we do a lot of work throughout New Jersey but we do not work in NYC. You’ll do a lot of traveling with us as our customers are in multiple states, we operate from Maine to Miami and as far west as Arkansas. We service quite a few Universities, VA Hospitals, Stadiums and Commercial as well as Residential Hi-Rises. We have a tremendous customer base that took us over 20 years to accumulate, you’ll be a part of us taking great care of them. We clean the edges and wipe the ledges, yes the frames too; on every window, every single time.
We also do some waterfed pole work, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, caulking and a little commercial painting. We even perform snow removal in the winter. But the core of what we do is Window Cleaning via Rappelling & Rope Access work.
What we require:
IWCA Certification or Rope Access Certification via SPRAT is a necessary part of employment here. If you don’t have certification we will help you get certified, however you must prove you are a reliable professional with experience because those certifications are EXPENSIVE. You’ll need to have a valid drivers license in order to be certified to operate man lifts and a clean driving record in order to operate our vehicles.
What you’ll get in return:
We pay well, the hourly rate is based on your quality of work and safe practices.
$30 p/hour is the starting rate for those with experience and who meet the requirements listed above.
If we have to train you, you’ll start at $22 p/hour you will be expected to excel quickly.
When you travel you will be paid an additional $20 per working day.
You will get one week of paid vacation after one year of service.
We do not offer health care, but we do offer 401K once qualified.
