Raydian Properties is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician for the Northern and Central New Jersey regions. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical look and mechanical operation of the buildings, both inside and out.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all physical aspects of the building are in working order.
Maintain the facility within the state and federal guidelines and regulations.
Supervise Maintenance Associates.
Order and account for supplies needed for maintenance, housekeeping, and the general upkeep of the facility.
Maintain and strive to improve standards of services.
Utilize knowledge of all phases of maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED.
Knowledge of ADA rules and regulations, carpentry, and basic electrics.
Must be a licensed driver and have own car/truck
Must have demonstrated success in a managerial role in a healthcare facility.
Must have working knowledge of wiring, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems.
Ability to move freely about, stoop, kneel and reach, and lift or push up to 75 lbs.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service and hospitality a plus.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:
You must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of position can be fully met.
