Role Description
The Property Management Maintenance Person role is a part-time $18-$20 hourly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm located in Bergen, County. The primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and general upkeep of commercial and residential properties. This person will work hand in hand with the Property Management Team to complete any necessary tasks related to our commercial, office, industrial, medical, retail and residential properties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role preferred
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good communication skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Company Van and Gas provided during work hours)
Flexibility to work weekends and be available for emergency on-call maintenance requests
