PROSTAR Staffing is proud to partner with a well-known pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Paterson, NJ.
We’re currently seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join their growing team!
Position Purpose:
Responsible for operating manufacturing rooms, including preparation, disassembly, cleaning, and sanitization of fluid bed processing equipment.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday through Friday
Training Shift: 1st Shift (90-day training period) 7:00AM-3:30PM
Post-Training Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:30PM-12:00AM
Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour (based on experience and technical skills)
Requirements:
Must speak and write fluent English
Must pass a drug test and background check (no exceptions)
Basic math and reading skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by Senior Management
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Work Environment:
Production/Warehouse facility
Moderate to high noise levels
