A Lawn Maintenance Crew Member responsibilities will include:
- Assist team with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the beginning and end of day.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team.
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, motor vehicles.
- Cut grass, trim edges, clean up debris, and make sure property looks clean.
- Weeding of heavily used routes including walkways, mailboxes, pool areas, patio areas, etc.
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, following all company procedures and safety standards.
- Work in accordance with the with all local health and safety laws and regulations
