Position Overview:
Lakeview Outdoor Services is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This role involves hands-on work maintaining lawns and landscapes for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Mow, edge, and trim lawns to company and client standards
Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Perform basic landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, and pruning
Assist with seasonal clean-ups and property enhancements
Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all job sites
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Experience: Previous lawn maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
Skills: Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
Physical Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliability: Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic
License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
