Growing high-end Bergen County landscape design-build-maintain company looking for an experienced landscape maintenance/construction foreman/laborer to join our team. Willing to train for all positions throughout all aspects of our design/build/maintain business.
Can you bring a project in on time with good quality? This is a hands-on, get-dirty position. We value our employees and offer opportunities for advancement to motivated individuals.
Job Responsibilities include:
Overseeing 2-4 man landscape maintenance crews (spring/fall clean ups, mowing, trimming, etc.)
Overseeing landscape construction work (pavers, walls, ponds, etc.)
Driving crew to sites
Material deliveries
Job Qualifications:
Landscape experience is essential (with truck,equipment, hardscaping, masonry, plants, basic carpentry, plumbing)
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Must have valid NJ drivers license.
CDL, CTL, ICPI certification desired.
Pride in your work is required.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Payment/Benefits:
Compensation based on ability and experience.
Year-round employment available; winter snowplowing
