Must have tools, own transportation to get to office, be reliable, clean drivers license, speak and write english.
Skills needed are, carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, power washing, changing HVAC filters, replace silicone, grouting, tile work, repair screens, tape/ spackle and painting, sheetrock repairs.
Salary is based upon skill level.
