2. Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate quotes.
3. Educate clients on our asphalt repair and installation processes, addressing any questions or concerns.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
5. Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in driveway asphalt repair or related industries.
2. Strong understanding of driveway asphalt repair and installation techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
6. Ability to do door to door sales.
Education:
High school diploma required; additional sales or business-related education is a plus.
