Growing beauty order fulfillment company looking to fill 2 new office positions to support its' busy warehouse operation and Customer Success Specialists II and III. Duties include but are not limited: heavy clerical i.e. printing, reviewing and managing client's orders, setting up and printing GS1 labels, filing, answering phones, replying to customer emails, researching and providing information back to customers in a timely manner, accessing transportation portals and filling in pertinent shipment information timely, entering orders into the warehouse management system, making up bills of lading, tracking shipments, etc. Computer literacy a must. Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Immediate hire. Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Some overtime.
