We're a fully licensed and insured home renovation company looking for potential employees. The company specializes in interior/exterior renovations / construction. Demolition to Full finished renovation projects.
We are looking for employees with the experience and knowledge of a general contractor. Experience on framing , install / finishing of drywall, tiles, flooring etc. Basic knowledge in plumbing and electrical preferred
WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXTERIOR RENOVATION SKILLS. THIS INCLUDES EXPERIENCE WITH PAVER INSTALLATION, RETAINING WALL BUILDS, DECK BUILDS , and VINYL RAILINGS
Pay is based on experience and expertise.
Daily Pay Rates start from $120-$250 PAID WEEKLY, after the first week. However, there is a potential rate increase of $150-$250 per day based on performance and determination of the employee. Employee will be reevaluated for potential rate increase anywhere between 3-6 months from hired date. Normal day is 6-10 hours.
Requirements:
Must have own reliable transportation to/ from Roselle,NJ
Owning basic set of tools for a regular day to day contractor is preferred.
Upon hire the employee is expected to own their own basic set within 2-3 months from date hired
