Typical Responsibilities
- Demo old concrete – Saw cut, break up, and remove debris.
- Excavate and grade – Dig to depth, compact sub grade, and install base.
- Set forms – Build, level, and stake forms with proper slope.
- Pour concrete – Spread, screed, and finish the surface.
- Cut joints – Tool or saw cut control joints to prevent cracking.
- Cure and clean up – Cure concrete, strip forms, backfill edges, and clean the site.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Effective organization of tools and materials.
- Experience operating trucks and trailers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
