15-16 an hour. Hours 9-5 or 10-6 or somewhere in between.
Can split between cash and on the books. You must go on the books for liability purposes to some degree.
Responsibilities
-Must be punctual and on time. No exceptions. Be friendly but not talk too much. Polite and mature. It’s a small office.
-A valid driver’s license is very desirable, but not required.
-Must lift to 55 pounds. Not often but we do material pick up once every week or two which requires lifting these bags into a trailer and unloading them.
-Daily you will make and lift up to 30-pound boxes for UPS drop offs. I generally don’t like boxes heavier than 30 pounds to be made and sent out.
-Many hours are spent packaging up a variety of products such as dog treats, putting labels on bags, putting brochures on products and eventually everything gets packed up for shipping to amazon, Walmart, and fulfilling our store orders and ebay orders.
-Daily you drop off mail and packages at UPS, Post Office, etc. You usually go with a co-worker to do this.
-6-8 hours per week you are packaging supplement powder in an outdoor area (enclosed commercial tent with heat and AC set up). You and another person quickly set it up, go to work, clean up and breakdown.
-Stocking and maintaining inventory at local warehouse and in office. We have inventory that comes in from manufacturers. You load into a work SUV and take over to warehouse to store. You have a co-worker that does this with you.
-At end of day organizing/light clean up. Broom/Sweep and two to three times per week vacuum. Take out recycling and garbage on the collection days.
-Miscellaneous tasks that come up often such as going to pick up ingredients at restaurant depot, other wholesalers, warehouses, clean up the outside property for 10 minutes if leaves are building up, etc., organize our outdoor storage shed for boxes, etc.
-Report to operation manager
