Commercial office cleaning – wanted

I am an office cleaning company looking to fill a position in Paramus New Jersey right at the intersections of route four and Route 17. I am looking for a very well orientated person who is got experience cleaning commercial buildings. Knows what has to be cleaned and when can manage on their own, be able to communicate through cell phone through pictures to me on any problems or situations. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays is when the stairs fourth floor two bathrooms are cleaned. A hallway is vacuumed and downstairs. Elevator kept up stainless steel cleaned. The floors are mopped in the front foyer and back hallway. Glass doors are cleaned and six outside garbage cans are emptied on Tuesdays and Thursdays just the fourth floor bathrooms and hallway are done. It takes no more than two hours to do is like 1750 an hour but I pay cash $175 a week if you have the experience and are able to self manage and communicate and know , what to look for fingerprints on switches or any other problems like a bulbs out letting me know so that I can have someone do it or if you are able to do it but mostly it’s just cleaning. It has to be done from 6 PM and anytime in between before 6 AM so you can make your own hours when to do it in that timeframe no particular time other than after 6 PM And before the office is open at 6 AM I paid through PayPal every Friday. It’s a really good situation for someone that is looking for extra cash.
