Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, with proficiency in operating commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers and window washing tools. This position requires a clean and valid driver's license, as the selected candidate will be the designated driver each night.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties in commercial establishments, including offices, retail spaces, and other facilities.
Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including buffers, window washing equipment, and vacuum cleaners.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including floors, windows, surfaces, and restrooms.
Drive company vehicle to and from cleaning sites each night, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
Clean and valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Experience using commercial cleaning equipment, including buffers and window washing tools.
Ability to work Friday to Sunday from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide references from previous cleaning jobs.
Must pass a background check.
