Staffing Coordinator / Scheduling Manager
Ensure that adequate staffing is provided to the Agency on a 24hr-hour basis, seven(7) days a week.
Weekend and Weekday call
provide copies of credentials of agency caregivers to appropriate clients and family members
Plan, implement, direct and evaluate the staffing requirement of the Agency based on identified client needs in compliance with, federal, state and local regulations.
Complete a work schedule for the Agency within the given budget.
Ensures work schedules are processed for each pay period.
Ensures work schedules are distributed to all employees on a timely manner.
Maintains a profile of personnel's individual requests or availabilities.
Monitor the training progress of all care givers by coordinating with Client Care coordinator to make sure that they are ready and equipped to work.
Monitor & manage Time off request of all employees.
Receives and logs calls for absences, violation of staffing protocols, illness, etc.,
Monitor employees with poor attendance and punctuality issues and serve DA notices in coordination with Client Care Coordinator.
Makes calls to personnel pools as needed to obtain coverage
Assists in the interpretation of scheduling policies and agreements
Prepare all necessary payroll & HR documents on a timely manner.
Update and make necessary adjustments on a daily basis in the Master schedules thru Clear care.
Maintains flexibility with work schedule to provide coverage in the absence of your staff.
Schedule applicants for interview with Client Care coordinator.
Evaluate all care giver with their attendance and punctuality.
Maintains 100% confidentiality for all communication matters.
Strives to minimize use of overtime.
Manage all recruitment Ads and program of the agency.
