Financial Services Corporation seeks a Business Partner with expertise in HR program management, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Individual will play a key role in driving HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive employee experience, and be a right hand to CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

HR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE:

Develop, implement, and oversee HR programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and

best practices.

Remain up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Manages the entire process for payroll including reconciliations and audits.

SAFE Act Officer as oversight of those employees who are required to be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage

Licensing System and Registry

Drives DEI and other HR program initiatives.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

Lead performance management processes including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive

employee engagement and development.

Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

Talent Development and Succession Planning:

Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them through training, development programs, and succession

planning.

Work closely with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.

Full cycle recruiting including creating job descriptions, acquiring talent, onboarding to offboarding.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & INVESTIGATIONS:

Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and

consistent treatment.

Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.

Conduct Exit interviews to identify issues and make future recommendations.

STRATEGIC CONSULTATION & PARTNERSHIP:

Primary point of contact for all HR related matters.

Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR consultation and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as organizational design, workforce planning, and

change management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably iSolved HCM, is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
