Preferred Home Health Care is in need of a RN/LPN for a pediatric homecare case in Weehawken, NJ. Particulars are as follows :
- client is 12yr old female ; gtube
- walks with assistance
- she attends school with the nurse. Nurse will ride the bus with her to and from school and provide one to one care during the school day
- she can also receive care at home if unable to attend school or if school is closed
- coverage is needed for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
