Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual primary care and pain medicine services to patients of all ages
Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Manage chronic conditions, including pain management and other specialized medical services
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Bilingual proficiency (English and [second language])
Experience or interest in primary care, pain management, and other medical services
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
