New Jersey Rehab Experts is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of NJ.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred but not required.
