Duties:
-Communicate clearly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
-Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for new business, new locations, events, etc.
-Administer benefit options for clients, ensuring they understand their options and coverage details.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details through effective administration.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and products to offer informed advice.
Requirements:
- Pass background check
- 18 years or older
- Customer focus oriented
- English and Spanish positions available
