We are an aggressively growing boutique private pay home care company based in Northern/Central New Jersey. We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Director of Nursing. This position will start as part-time with the goal of transitioning to full-time within the next 6 months as we expand our clinical team.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine assessments in the field to evaluate the needs of our clients.
2. Oversee and coordinate clinical care for clients in collaboration with other members of the care team.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
4. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
5. Provide support and guidance to our caregiving staff.
6. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff as we expand our team.
7. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for growth and improvement within the clinical department.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, care plans, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in home care, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and considerations of providing care in a home setting.
2. Active and valid RN license within the state of New Jersey.
3. Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop comprehensive care plans.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other members of the care team.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
7. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
8. Passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of our clients.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
