Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and receive patients and visitors with professionalism
Manage phone calls, set appointments, and address patient queries
Validate patient insurance details and handle payments
Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient data security
Support with administrative duties like faxing and document scanning
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements:
Prior experience in a dental office environment is necessary
Familiarity with Dentrix Practice Management and HIPAA rules
Strong communication skills and a focus on outstanding customer care
High level of accuracy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Competence in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
