We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Valet Location Manager. As a Valet Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of valet parking services at assigned locations. From managing a team of valet attendants to ensuring exceptional customer service, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.
Thursday - Sunday morning optional and evenings mandatory EVENING SHIFTS average times are 4 PM - 12 AM
Wage on W2. Tips are cash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate valet parking operations at assigned locations.
- Supervise valet attendants to ensure they deliver professional and courteous service to customers.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with venue management to tailor valet services to specific needs and requirements.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
