As a bartender at Lucio's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve various beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beers.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
Stay informed about current beverage trends and suggest new menu enhancements.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Extensive knowledge of Italian and international beverages
Vital customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality drinks
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
