Lead Ice Cream scooper is responsible for working with General Manager/Owner and staff in achieving the operational and financial goals, managing the performance, maintaining the facilities in accordance with Francy's service standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions
- Manage and overseas daily operations, and ensure that Francy's is maintained according to company standards
- Provide Leadership - lead and supervise a team of staffs
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations
- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of Francy's
- Quality Control - Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service
- Keep front store clean and tidy all the time.
