Extremely busy Sushi and Japanese restaurant looking for experienced Sushi Chefs and Kitchen staff.
Sushi Chef experience preferred but will train candidate with restaurant experience.
As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes.
Your duties will include =
Preparing sushi rice and other ingredients Rolling sushi using traditional techniques .
Designing and presenting sushi dishes creatively
Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients
Maintaining a clean and organized work station
Adhering to food safety standards
Skills Required To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
Proficiency in culinary skills with a focus on Japanese cuisine
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry best practices
Understanding of food safety principles
Expertise in working with knives and other kitchen tools
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a sushi restaurant or food service setting is required.
