Responsibilities:
-Working the Line and executing dishes in a timely manner.
- Assist the Exec. Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks
- Maintain food quality and keeping track of ordering and inventory as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising kitchen staff and delegating tasks
- Proficient in various kitchen techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
